It can be very effective in treatment of anxiety disorders, phobias, depression and many other issues. All our hypnotherapy services are done online via Zoom.us. So you can work towards wellness, in the comfort in your own home!

This is where you will learn how your brain works, how we suffer in the way that we do, and how we can help you.


This is a single session which take between 1.5-2 hrs. After which, you will be a non-smoker


All is explained in the initial consultation how follow on sessions work. Solution focused hypnotherapy is part talk therapy and part relaxation.


After the initial consultation, phobia’s only require 3 further sessions

Who Am I?

My name is Kim Clayden, I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Solution Focused Psychotherapist. Helping people with all sorts of mental health issues such as depression and anxiety to IBS, chronic pain management, weight management, phobias, smoking cessation and loads more.

Being able to help people has always been a priority in my life. From teaching Ice skating and first aid to volunteering for multiple charities. So when I discovered Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, I immediately wanted to do the diploma. Helping people working towards wellness with a happier mind.
